It features a 7-role RBAC system, organization-level data isolation, a searchable data catalogue, and a production-grade data cleaning pipeline for preparing healthcare datasets at scale.

Problem
Healthcare organizations need a secure, structured way to list, discover, and exchange clinical datasets with partner organizations, without compromising data isolation or auditability.
My Role
Full-stack developer responsible for the RBAC architecture, data catalogue backend, dashboard performance, and the cloud data pipeline for dataset preparation.
My Contribution
- Designed and implemented a multi-tenant RBAC system with auto-cloned role templates and a scopeToOrg helper for data isolation.
- Built a SUPER_ADMIN organization selector and org creation workflow.
- Implemented server-side search, pagination, and URL-based state for the Data Catalogue.
- Architected a production-grade data cleaning pipeline on Google Cloud Run with Cloud Tasks for job queuing.
- Added atomic batch locking and month-by-month crash recovery for long-running data jobs.
- Resolved connection pool exhaustion issues in consultation data hydration.
- Fixed critical security gaps including exposed service-account credentials and a broken audit-log permission gate.

Challenges & Solutions
Multiple healthcare organizations needed strict data isolation while sharing the same platform infrastructure.
Built a scopeToOrg helper and auto-cloned role templates so every query and permission check is automatically scoped to the correct organization.
Large healthcare datasets caused connection pool exhaustion and job failures partway through processing.
Redesigned the cleaning pipeline with atomic batch locking and month-by-month checkpointing, allowing jobs to resume safely after crashes.
